questo e' un post che avrei dovuto mettere su hwupgrade, ma visto che qui ci sono fior fior di esperti , mi affido a voi..
avrei intenzione di acquistare un athlon XP. Mi consigliate una scheda madre che non costi un casino ma che sia affidabile (come la mia mitica Biostar M7VKB accoppiata col mio DURON 800 da piu' di un anno senza avermi mai dato un problema).
p.s.
colgo l'occasione: sapete mica se sulla suddetta mobo (M7KVB con chipset via KT133 sia possibile montare uno degli ultimi duron (tipo il 1200 ad esempio) |

Per quanto riguarda che scheda consigliarti....entriamo praticamente in un mondo parallelo.....
Ognuno potrà darti preferenze e esperienze...
Io per esempio vado molto controcorrente....
Ho avuto 3 Asus in vita mia senza nemmeno un solo piccolissimo problema....pare che negli ultimi tempi le sue schede siano regredite qualitativamente...
Attualmente ho Abit di cui tutti parlano molto bene.....eppure io non ne sono completamente convinto..... |

grazie mille! avevo visto anche io quelle info sul sito biostar, ma mi chiedevo se magari qualcuno aveva provato a montare su un duron > 950... visto che il FSB e' sempre a 200... |

Cao Myst , ti dico la sincerità , se avessi la fortuna , diciamo verso Natale , di cambiare Cpu e Sk madre , restando con Amd , aprirei lo stesso tuo topic.
In effetti, in fatto di sk madri io sono rimasto alle vecchie kt133 , certo conosco i nuovi chipset , ma non potrei dire se una skmadre vale o l'altra no...
Comunque , come dicevo ieri a Penics , penso che resterei fedele ad Abit, con cui mi son sempre trovato benissimo...
PS Sono sicuro che Penics ti consiglierebbe una Epox... che fra l'altro sono molto buone...

alcuni mesi fa comprai la famosa epox8k7a+ costata un bel pò. ora come prezzi si è allineata alla media. te le consiglio
