qualcunos a indicarmi come installare una webcam su un sistema linux?
distro (MANDRIVA - MANDRAKE)
diciamo che linux non l'ho mai usato a livello multimediale..
quindi mi serve qualche direttiva...

copia il file in una directory che hai precedentemente creato all'uopo,
gunzip nomefile.gz
tar xvf nomefile.tar
cd nomedir
opzionalmente potresti leggere il file INSTALL o README che dovrebbe esistere in questa directory che ti dovrebbe spiegare come si fa l'installazione.
cat README | more
Di default comunque dovrebbe essere:
./configure
make

prima però vorrei provare come da ricerca ad instalalre il kernel aggiornato sul cd di instalalzione.. |
