Diccelo così vediamo se troviamo qualcosa in rete !

Sicuramente devi reinstallare i driver e poi:
-andando col tasto destro su "Risorse del computer"
-poi su "Gestione"
-andando su "Gestione periferiche"

collegando il telefonino spunta sul lato destro della "gesione delle periferiche" qualche punto esclamativo o interrogativo?
